**Cancellations by Customer:** Bookings can be cancelled by contacting PickleHaus administration. Please note that a refund may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be available depending on the notice period.
**Refunds:** Refunds for cancelled bookings, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
**No-Shows:** No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
**Cancellations by PickleHaus:** In rare cases of court unavailability or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, weather), PickleHaus reserves the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
**Payment Failure:** Bookings not confirmed by payment within the stipulated time may be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
